Just like you, we like fast and hassle-free delivery. That's why we've worked hard to optimize our delivery process, making sure your plants get to you as quickly as as possible. We are also proud to cover 50% of delivery costs.

Express delivery to anywhere in Germany

For your convenience, we deliver to any location in Germany, from Tuesday to Friday.

With next-day delivery, your plants are picked up the night before by our delivery provider (Hermes or DHL) and are delivered the following day.

Orders can be placed up to 15 days in advance, and up to 9:45 the day before delivery

Delivery Information

We have decided to cover most of the cost of delivery, so we can offer you a fixed, affordable price based on the size of the plant(s) you have ordered. This can vary between €5.90 for small plants and €8.90 for very large plants.
Delivery Times
Our delivery providers are committed to honouring the delivery date that you selected when you placed your order. Their routes are carefully organized, and are optimized to make sure your plant is delivered in record time. This means that they may arrive at the beginning or the end of the delivery time slot, and this time slot cannot be shortened, nor can the delivery be scheduled for an exact time. We are also unable to request modifications to their schedule, as this could result in late deliveries.
Order Tracking
Once you have confirmed your order, you will automatically receive an email that lets you track your order's delivery status in real time. Depending on the delivery option, you may be able to modify/reschedule your delivery or make changes to your delivery information.
Delivery Locations
We'll come to you, wherever you are! We deliver to everywhere in Germany, excluding certain remote areas not served by Hermes and DHL.

What happens if...

The recipient is absent?
The recipient has until midnight of the day before the delivery to provide instructions to Hermes/DHL via the tracking email provided. If the recipient is absent or the delivery cannot be made, further delivery attempts will be made, up to 3 days in a row. If delivery is still not possible, the plant will be returned to the warehouse, where it will be stored for 7 days before being returned to us.
My delivery is late?
If your delivery is delayed, please feel free to contact our customer service team, and we'll do everything we can to help. Unfortunately, circumstances beyond our control can occasionally result in delayed deliveries, but rest assured that our delivery partners make every possible effort to make sure your plant arrives on time!
My plant is damaged?
We carefully package each plant before it is sent out for delivery. However, in the unlikely event that your plant arrives damaged, or if your order is incomplete or incorrect, get in touch with our customer service team as soon as you can, so they can help you find a solution. Please have your order number on hand, as well as a photo of any damage.
