Do I need to create an account to be able to order?

It is not essential to create an account to be able to place an order. However, we recommend creating one if you would like to track your delivery.

How do I create an account?

Simply click on the “Log In” button at the top right side of your screen, then enter your first and last name, phone number, email address and password. Easy as can be! When you place an order online, you can also click on “Create an account” and save your information for future orders.

I can't log in to my account. How do I change my password?

Click on “Log In” at the top right of your screen, then enter your email address and click on “Forgot password”. Enter your email address again, and you will receive an email with the option to reset your password. Once you have created your new password, you will be automatically logged in to your account.

How do I modify/delete the information in My Account?

Log in to your account, then go to the “My Information” or “My Addresses” sections, where you can edit any information you choose, or delete your account.

How do I edit the payment details saved in my account?

Log in to your Bergamotte account and click on “My Information”. You can add new payment cards, as well as delete any that are no longer valid or contain incorrect information.
